For health and safety reasons, Travel Tote Bags that show signs of use cannot be returned. All other products must be unused and in original condition for returns.

• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after shipment

Shipping times are estimates and may vary by destination. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.

5. Returns & Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return window from receipt of order. To be eligible:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• All original packaging, tags, and protective covers must be intact
• Proof of purchase is required

5.2 Return Process

3. Ship your return with RMA number clearly visible
4. Wait 3-5 business days for processing after we receive your return

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after return approval. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
