- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.
International Shipping
We ship globally (excluding certain remote areas in Asia and other specified regions). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our premium travel gear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of our Carry-On Luggage, Travel Duffel Bags, Crossbody Bags, or other eligible products, we offer a straightforward returns process.
Return Policy Details
- Return Window: 15 days from receipt of order
- Condition Requirements:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and protective covers must be intact
- Proof of purchase required
Important: For hygiene reasons, Travel Tote Bags that show signs of use cannot be returned. All other products in our collection are eligible when meeting the above conditions.
How to Return an Item

- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days to appear on statement

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
