Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
  • All tags and protective covers must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Important Note: For hygiene reasons, Travel Tote Bags that show signs of use cannot be returned. All other products in our collection are eligible for returns when meeting the above conditions.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, our team will:

  • Confirm your return eligibility
  • Provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Send detailed return instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item securely and include:

  • The RMA number clearly visible on the package
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Any original accessories or documentation

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival):

  • For exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement item
  • For refunds: We’ll initiate your refund to the original payment method

Refund Timeline & Methods

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product within our collection. Please indicate your preferred exchange item in your return request.

If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be responsible for the price difference. For lower-value items, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (which is rare for our premium luggage products), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for expedited replacement at no additional cost to you.

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
